Lasanha com Molho de Espinafre

- 400g de massa fresca
- 300g de queijo mussarela
- 2 latas de espinafre cozido
- 500g de molho de tomate
- 1 ovo
- Sal e pimenta-do-reino ao gosto
Método:
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Cook the spinach in a pan until it is wilted and then puree it into a smooth paste.
- Spread a layer of pasta on the bottom of a baking dish. Cover with half of the tomato sauce, followed by half of the spinach puree and some shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with another layer of pasta topped with all remaining tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the lasagna is cooked through.
